Custom Dimensions:

Heat Treatment :

Custom heat treatment cycles to achieve specific mechanical properties and microstructures. Alloy 800 series is typically supplied in the solution annealed condition. For 800H and 800HT, controlled annealing is critical to achieve the required grain size for optimal creep resistance.

Special Finishes: Polishing (up to 400 grit), pickling and passivation, or sandblasting.

Packaging : Waterproof wrapping, wooden boxes, or steel crates for sea freight protection, with custom labeling options.
