- Professional Service with Long-Term Partnership
Our precision-engineered UNS N08825 (Alloy 825) nickel alloy bends are specifically designed to provide reliable directional changes in piping systems operating in highly corrosive environments containing reducing and oxidizing acids. Manufactured to international standards, these bends offer exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly in sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid services. Leveraging the unique properties of Alloy 825, our bends deliver superior performance in chemical processing, oil & gas extraction, acid production plants, pollution control equipment, and nuclear fuel processing where smooth flow direction change is critical.
Available Materials & Specifications
We ensure complete traceability and compliance with international standards such as ASTM B366, ASME, and MSS. Our bends are available in high-performance UNS N08825 nickel alloy to meet the demands of highly corrosive acidic environments.

Size Range :
Nominal Diameter: 1/2″ to 48″ (DN15 to DN1200) – Larger sizes available upon request
Wall Thickness:
Sch 10S, Sch 40S, Sch 80S, Sch 160, XXS (Custom wall thicknesses available for specific pressure requirements)
OEM & Custom Services / OEM
Special End Preparation:
Bevel ends (Standard or J-preparation) for welding
Custom Dimensions:
Non-standard bend angles (15°, 30°, 60°, etc.) for unique piping layouts
Marking:
Laser marking or low-stress stamping with your logo, alloy grade, heat number, and specification details. Low-stress stamping is critical for nickel alloys to prevent stress concentration points.
